Getting back on track

Many of us count down to Thanksgiving and can't wait for it to arrive so that we can eat like a disciple at the last supper. Have you finished this year's meal with regret?  It's okay just shake it off and start fresh with the following:

1.  Acknowledge that you have gone overboard

2.  Decide that you want to either get back on track or just start

3. Declare a goal

4. Create a plan

5.  Solicit support

6. Execute your plan

7. Track your goals

8. Celebrate all success

9.  Help someone along the way

10. Re-evaluate your plan as needed but keep going
