Setup Sunday - Quick & Easy Vegetable Soup

I'm coming to you today after digging out of about 2 feet of snow, wishing that I had this quick and easy vegetable soup already on hand.

When I started the Daniel Fast I had plenty of soup on hand. It was easy to make, easy to store and filling. After about 2 weeks I changed pace and made chili, while good it wasn't the same and the beans in the chili kind of weighed me down.

With this cold weather and the fact that I miss having my soup served in my mason jar along with my jar salad I've decided that I'm going to cook more and share with you my quick and easy recipe.  You may even have the ingredients already. Give it a try and share with me.
