We've wrapped up week 2 of #fithappens100days which means that we have a little over 80 days to go and just like 100, 80 something can seem a bit daunting. In order to stay the course be sure to do the following:This weekend I was determined to stay the course with #fithappens100days even though it was my birthday, but what I was sure to do was to keep it fun by participating in the Color Run - Shine Tour. Not sure what's available to you or do you have limited funds or time? Check out your local area for free classes. groups or meet ups. Many churches and community centers offer classes to the public at little to no cost. If you are like me, childcare is sometimes an issue. If this is your situation be sure to include the kids in on the activity as they love to be apart. You can run around in the yard, play a game of hop scotch or even just walk or jog with your tags along on their bike. Long story short, do something and enjoy what you are doing!
- Change your goal if needed. No need to look at what could have been and just give up. Re-evaluate, readjust and move forward.
- Review your goal: Is it realistic? Will it be something that you can keep up with no matter what. Has your goal caused you to fizzle out from the start?
- Is your goal working for you but you are kind of getting tired of the same ole same ole? Well keep it fun!!! Remember that we tend to gravitate towards the things that we enjoy
