Meal Prep #fithappens100days

Today I've decided that I'm going to do a partial prep. I'm learning that while in the house I do well because there aren't many options that will throw a wrench in my wheel but often when having to eat outside of the house I'm definitely in trouble.

So I'm prepping my lunch with ground turkey, pico de gallo, guacamole and lettuce for some delicious ground turkey lettuce wraps. My snack will be an apple and almond butter.

I plan to keep breakfast simple with either a green smoothie or eggs and turkey bacon and dinner some protein and veggies!
