Sizziling Summer Slim Down - WEEK 1 Weigh-in

This past week has been rough! I've been trying to get my head back in the game so that I can win. Some of my rules that I set for myself in last weeks blog post weren't quiet a success but no worries, dusting myself off and still moving forward. From last week's post I've done the following:

  1. Access where you are:  I started last week at a whopping 205 pounds

This week I've been juicing, started running and even headed back to Orange Theory Fitness, I've had my cheat meal, and I've meal prepped which included my infamous mason jar salads.
