This weekend I went back to basics. How you may ask, well I started over with my Couch to 5k training. Despite the fact that on my last time out with the running group where I was able to run 3 miles without stopping I had spent the last 2 months doing positively nothing.
Saturday I started week one of 8 and was able to make it through the entire program twice. So here's to starting over and checking off a list item on my 40 by 40 list!
