If you bite it

I'm still working on trying to drop some pounds so this week I decided if you bite it you must write it. So because I'm sure not to keep up with any paper and pencil these days I decided to download the my fitness pal app.

So far so good with keeping track of my food and I love how I can scan the barcode and it automatically put the food in the tracker for me. So while I've found a couple of friends on here if u are already on there connect with me but if not join me!

Oh yeah I'm doing Couch to 5k week 5.
