Remember that 90 day weight loss challenge that I started but never reported out on? I must confess I wasn't ready. I was trying to help others but couldn't pull it together for me. This week with the prompting of a friend I started my Couch to 5k training again. I must say that starting over is a beast but I'm in there. Along with the running I've been watching my diet minus about 5 pieces of Love Day chocolate and I've upped my water intake and eliminated sugary drinks. Starting weight.....198 lbs. I've gained so much of the weight that I originally lost that its terrible but I'm back on it! Stay tune and keep me encouraged and I will do the same!
