Once you start......you don't want to stop! I started running AGAIN. This week I started my Couch to 5k training AGAIN.....I started Tuesday on week one and that was a good start but not a push so I moved to week 3. Yes, I skipped week 2 and moved straight to week 3. If that wasn't enough, I moved up again today to week 4. I was huffing and puffing but I was running and it was cold! The bad news is that I've lost my running partner but that's okay, I know that she will be back soon but in the mean time like the Black Eye Peas say.....I'm running running!
