Many of you want to get in the groove and want some extra support find someone that can help you along the way. Now trust and believe that personal training is not in my budget but I'm fortunate to work for a company that has a very low monthly fee of $15 with up to 2 free personal training sessions per week. If you need that extra push see what your employer offers in terms of facilities or discounts for gyms in the area. Now if you aren't using what they offer, shame on you!
Don't want to go to a gym enlist in a personal trainer that will meet you in the park or will join you for group exercise with friends. My friend Crystal connected a group of us up with Jaamal Guy of TMG and we have been meeting faithfully each Sunday for a price of $10 each for the group session and he also post workouts on his Facebook page to keep us going throughout the week. Some of the ladies have even started to work with him individually to help keep them going.
All in all you can do it and I'm grateful for Katie and Jaamal!
