Tabata what? Tabata who? Tabata how?

My dear Katie will work you out with a smile. Yesterday she said "we are doing Tabata today" me "blank stare". I hate when she says that but never really knew what it meant until I told someone I was doing it and they asked me what it was. What I could tell you is that I hate Tabata but love it at the same time.

Well after a google search I've learned that Tabata is a 4 minute full body workout. It's considered HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training. With Tabata you are 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 4 minutes completing 8 sets with a 60 second rest in between each 4 minute set.
