Snacking

Snacking is one of my all time favorite things to do while watching tv and during long car rides. One of the mistakes that we make is not being prepared so we are forced (well there is no gun to our head) to make a quick impulsive decision which can often lead to the wrong decision.

The same way that prepping your breakfast, lunch and dinners are important so are your snacks. Be sure to find something that you enjoy but is on target for your plan.
