Circuit Training

On Monday I got an email from my trainer Katie asking if her manager Marq could shadow us during our pt session scheduled for today, I reply "sure, I'll be there!". The more I thought about it I started to think Katie is going to kill me and that she did!

I ended the 30 minute session which Katie said was "circuit training" (but I beg to differ) completing 

200 jumping jacks
60 plank push ups
60 squat press
100 crunches 
2 minute mountain climbers
40 alternating leg lunges 
40 alternating body rows
60 bicycle crunches

And as Momma Dee would say "and in that order"

*all 8 exercises were done in 4 different sets
