Personal Training Mash-up

Meet up with Katie Friday and she said okay today we are doing a circuit. Okay I'm down well not really hit let's do this. We start off with rope slams 20 seconds on then 10 seconds of then 20 more seconds then we move into kettle bell swings and on and on. At this point in like is this a circuit or is this Tabata? Katie said just call it a mash up. Whatever you call it it was hard work.
